Savathun is finally here, which means Destiny 2’s highly anticipated expansion has been released. The Witch Queen has players finally confront one of the franchise’s most popular villains in her own throne world. Not only is this DLC introducing a new story, but there are also a ton of new weapons, armor, exotics, consumables, and activities for players to participate in. The Witch Queen also marks the release of the Void 3.0 update, which drastically reworks the void subclass and new exotics to build around.
There are also a bunch of cosmetic options players can purchase in the store or earn in-game. One of these is the Star Jasmine ship, which requires some grinding and a bit of time for most casual players. Here’s how to unlock this exotic ship and add it to your collection:
How to Get the Star Jasmine
In order to unlock the Star Jasmine, you need to complete the Warden of the Spring. To complete this Triumph, you need to beat all four variants of The Wellspring activity on Master difficulty. However, to even gain access to this activity, you need to first complete The Witch Queen campaign once and then hit Rank 18 with Fynch. This will let you play the Master difficulty variant of the Star Jasmine, which has a recommended Power of 1580. You can participate in this activity without being 1580, but the lowest Power I recommend is 1550. Keep in mind that there’s also no matchmaking, so you will need to form a fireteam either with friends or others looking to try this mode.
Variants of The Wellspring rotate daily. Since each one is available for 24 hours at a time, it will take a minimum of four days to finish. You can check which one is currently active by highlighting the activity with your curson in the destination map.
This activity can be pretty tricky if your team isn’t coordinating their Supers. I strongly recommend having at least one Well of Radiance and Ward of Dawn to help keep your teammates alive. Additionally, you will need to contend with a lot of Champions, so make sure to equip the appropriate mods. Just like Nightfall activities, the amount of Champions you kill will determine your ranking and rewards at the end. Ideally, you will want to hit Platinum, which is obtained by killing every Champion. Some only appear briefly, so make sure to call them out when you see them!

After completing all of the activities at least once on Master difficulty, go to your Triumphs page and then select The Witch Queen subtab. From there, pick “The Wellspring” and you should see the completed Warden of the Spring ready to be turned in. Doing so will add the Star Jasmine to your ship inventory, allowing you to equip it and show that gorgeous vessel off to your friends!
