How to Obtain
You can get the Undercurrent through Nightfall playlists. However, you will need to wait for the Undercurrent to enter the Nightfall weapon rotation. Higher-tier Nightfall runs will increase the Undercurrent’s drop chance.
About Undercurrent
Undercurrent is a Legendary Energy grenade launcher that has the Wave Frame archetype. This makes the Undercurrent a one-shot Grenade Launcher with its projectiles releasing a wave of energy as soon as they make contact with the ground.
Undercurrent PVE God Roll
Many traits can work well with the Undercurrent in PVE, however, we recommend trying the Quick Launch and High-Velocity Rounds. The first one increases this weapon’s velocity and handling while the second increases its velocity and reload speed. Then, we recommend picking the Ambitious Assassin and One for All perks. Ambitious Assassin will overflow its magazine based on how many rapid kills you land before reloading. Finally, One for All will increase your damage output after hitting three separate targets, which makes this a great add-clear and crowd-control grenade launcher.
