PLUG ONE.1

Stats

The Plug One.1 is tied to the Nightfall playlist activity. Every week, one of three weapons will be available for players to grind. Their order never changes, so you can expect Plug One.1 to appear every three weeks. Additionally, the difficulty you play the Nightfall on will determine the firearm’s drop rate. For example, you will have a much harder time grinding for Plug One.1 at 1240 Power than the 1310 or 1340 Power Nightfalls. Also, while both Legend and Master state the Nightfall weapon is Common, it still drops far more frequently at 1340. If you have a chance, I strongly suggest only grinding the Legend and Master versions of this Nightfall, as this will give you a more consistent offering of Plug One.1 As for the Adept version this will only be available through Grandmaster Nightfalls when the weapon is in rotation.

Plug One.1 God Rolls

Plug One.1 PVE God Roll

  • Arrowhead Brake or Corkscrew Rifling
  • Projection Fuse
  • Feeding Frenzy
  • Reservoir Burst

For the Plug One.1, we will be focusing on increasing the range or recoil of the weapon. To achieve this we are looking for either Arrowhead Brake or Corkscrew Rifling in the first slot. Arrowhead gives us some terrific recoil control, allowing us to easily follow up shots on tougher enemies. However, with our primary perk combo, I personally prefer Corkscrew Rifling as it boosts our range along with handling and stability. In the second slot, I really suggest using Projection Fuse to boost our range further. That being said, if you’re only using the Plug One.1 for rank-and-file mobs then Accelerated Coils can be quite useful.

In the first primary perk slot, I’m picking Feeding Frenzy to give us a swift reload speed. This also synergizes wonderfully with Reservoir Burst, as it typically gets us 2-3 stacks of Feeding Frenzy. Some of you may notice this is the same combo as Null Composure. While you can use this season’s pinnacle weapon, Plug One.1 simply hits harder making it more ideal for PVE activities. If you really don’t wannt to run this combination then Bottomless Grief and Cornered are other perks to keep an eye out for.

Plug One.1 PVP God Roll

  • Corkscrew Rifling
  • Projection Fuse or Accelerated Coils
  • Heating Up
  • Kickstart

As for PVP players, we are looking to increase our fusion rifle’s effective range to deal with all the Dead Man’s Tales. Both Corkscrew Rifling and Projection Fuse give us a total of +15 to our range stat, allowing us to engage targets at a safer distance. While this isn’t turning the Plug One.1 into the next Erentil, it will let it compete more competitively with other close-range options. Alternatively, you can go for Accelerated Coils to reduce our overall change time if the range isn’t a concern.

With our first two perks settled, I am picking Heating up as our first primary perk. This makes the weapon far deadlier upon final blows, which is especially dangerous in any 6v6 activities. However, the bread and butter of this roll is Kickstart, a new fusion rifle perk. After you slide, your charge rate will decrease and damage will increase for a short period of time. It’s a deadly combo, especially when used by more mobile classes like Titans or Hunters. If sliding around the map isn’t your thing, then look for Backup Plan instead.
