How to Unlock Seedlings in Enshrouded
Getting seedlings in Enshrouded is not only what enables you to farm crops - and all their different types - but it is especially simple once you unlock the Farmer NPC in your base. Just like with other NPCs like the Blacksmith or the Hunter, you will eventually get a quest to unlock her, which in this case happens to be the appropriately named "Growing Stronger Together."
You will then be able to build a Seedbed where you will craft your seedling of choice. Without further ado, here is a complete list of all the seedlings and their recipes in Enshrouded.

Crafting these seedlings will take varying amounts of time to finish in the Seedbed, but the good news is that they can pretty much be planted anywhere as long as there is dirt - which arguably is almost everywhere on the map.
