FFXIV Fan Festival 2023 London Schedule and Info

The full schedule gives fans a good idea of what they can expect for the second Fan Festival of 2023.

The Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival 2023 in London is just a few short days away. Square Enix has released the schedule for the event with showcases and performances across the two days. 

This is the second Fan Festival in 2023 after the North American convention concluded in July. The event gave fans a first look at the new upcoming expansion Dawntrail, and provided many fans with some memorable experiences, and some that weren't so memorable

For those attending in London, Square Enix has provided the schedule of events which fans can partake in as they peruse the event. Both those attending and watching at home now have an idea of what will happen and when. 

FFXIV Fan Festival in London Schedule

Below is a full list of the schedule, along with some details about what each event entails.

Day 1 - Oct. 21

  • Keynote 10:00 – 11:30 (BST) /  2:00 - 3:30 (PST) / 20:00 - 21:30 (AEDT) 
    • Naoki “Yoshi-P” Yoshida announces the latest updates coming to the game.
  • Opening Ceremony 11:30 – 12:00 (BST) /  3:30 - 4:00 (PST) / 21:30 - 22:00 (AEDT)
    • Opening ceremony greeting attendees.
  • Development Panel 12:30 – 14:30 (BST) / 4:30 - 6:30 (PST) / 22:30 - 00:30 (AEDT)
    • Details about how FFXIV is developed with Yoshi-P, Masato Shida, and Tatsuya Okahisa.
  • Who Wants to Be a Gillionaire? 2 15:00 – 16:00 (BST) / 7:00 - 8:00 (PST) / Sunday, 22 October at 1:00 – 2:00 (AEDT)
    • Trivia game show.

    • Hironobu Sakaguchi and Yoshi-P tackle content from across the Final Fantasy series.
  • Crystalline Conflict Regional Championship 2023 Europe & Oceania 12:30 – 15:00 (BST) / 4:30 - 7:00 (PST) / 22:30 - 01:00 (AEDT)
    • Crystalline Conflict tournament finals.
  • Glamoured to Life - Cosplay Walk 15:30 – 17:00 (BST) / 7:30 - 9:00 (PST) / Sunday, 22 October at 1:30 – 3:00 (AEDT)
    • Cosplay contest and pageant.
  • Cheering Choice 17:00 – 17:30 (BST) / 9:00 - 9:30 (PST) / Sunday, 22 October at 3:00 – 3:30 (AEDT)
    • Crowd interaction quiz game.
  • THE PRIMALS Live in Concert 19:00 – 20:00 (BST) / 11:00 - 12:00 (PST) / Sunday, 22 October at 5:00 – 6:00 (AEDT)
    • Koji Fox and the rest of The Primals take the stage for a performance (Will not be streamed).

You can watch the event live on the official Final Fantasy XIV YouTube channel or Twitch channel. Each day of the Festival has a separate YouTube link, separating Day One and Day Two. You can replay both days after the fact on YouTube.

What to Watch at FFXIV Fan Festival in London

If you’re looking for more info about Dawntrail then tune into the Keynote. This is the only official broadcast where the future of the game will be discussed. Additional info may be found during the Q&A, where Yoshi-P might be put on the spot about future updates.
