Approved Grade 2 Skybuilders' Blind Manta

As this species of manta uses echolocation to find its way around, it can be heard making a series of high-pitched squeals when hoisted out of the water. Many fishers end up feeling sorrow for the poor beast and returning it whence it came, although the more cynically minded suspect it of intentionally wielding a pity-based form of self-defense. ※Not included in the fish guide.
