AR-Caean Cotton Boll is an FFXIV crafting material gathered by the Botanist class, a Disciple of the Land. A rare variety of cotton which has been beloved as long as you can remember…which is not very long, given that your mind goes blank each time you attempt to recall its origins. It’s an ingredient used in a few Carpenter and Weaver recipes.
You can find the material within Level 90 Lush Vegetation Patch near Reah Tahra (X: 14.5, Y: 28.6) in the Ostrakon Deka-okto region of Ultima Thule. Before you can acquire the resource from the node, you must first unlock the Botanist class. Then you need to be at least Level 86 before you can tap these nodes and acquire this material.
