Once you have Wave, you'll have made it to the final step. Just merge your new Wave block with another block of its kind to make your first key ingredient, Tsunami. You've now obtained one of the recipe's final combination blocks.

How to Make Lizard in Infinite Craft

The second building block you'll need to produce Godzilla in Infinite Craft is Lizard. To create it, you'll first have to combine one of your core element Earth blocks with a Water block which will give you Plant. Now you need to merge Plant with yet another Water block to make Swamp.

Making Godzilla in Infinite Craft

All that's left now is putting Tsunami together with Lizard to produce your long-awaited Godzilla block in Infinite Craft. It may seem a bit silly at first, but if you consider how the AI thought to produce Godzilla from your combination of Tsunami and Lizard, it makes sense. In real-life media, Godzilla is a large reptilian creature, hence the relation the AI makes between the monster and lizards.

The beast is also associated with natural disasters such as tsunamis in media and is even credited with causing them. Therefore, one Tsunami block plus one Lizard block equals one Godzilla block.
