Official information is starting to trickle out related to the next playable character in Riot’s popular multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA), League of Legends. Meet Ivern, the friendly tree: he likes puppies and doesn’t like interloping hunters.
We have few details on Ivern as yet: no mention of abilities, intended team role, or release date. My bet is on Ivern being a new support champion, possibly with abilities helpful to junglers? I’m just spitballing here, though — Riot’s released no information on Ivern at all, just dropping the trailer (below) without preamble on its official Facebook page.
Still, any champion that prioritizes sleeping puppers gets a thumbs-up from me. We’ll keep you posted on Ivern or any other new champion releases for LoL.
