Anomaly 1729 is a hidden gem of the Steam summer sale

Anomaly 1729 is a rad indie puzzle game from the folks at Anvil Drop. You can think of it as Portal-esque in concept — only, instead of shooting impossible holes in spacetime, you rotate massive, block-filled rooms right (with the orange beam) and left (with the blue beam!). Making your way through these Rubik’s Cube-like structures requires a little bit of platforming and a whole lot of pleasurable puzzle-solving.

The game came out late last year, but it’s currently 75% off (at $2.50) in the Steam summer sale. It’s one of those hidden gems on the platform — and a steal at that price point.
