The bulk of the action in Naraka Bladepoint takes place in the battlefield, but it’s likely that you’ll be spending the rest of your time chasing cosmetics. Amidst the in-game currencies available is Tae, which can be earned almost solely from playing. It doesn’t let you purchase everything, sadly, but it can speed up the process of finding cool customization items for your characters without having to spend actual money.
This guide explains how to get Naraka Bladepoint Tae quickly so that you can look the part without much effort or many bad financial decisions.
How to Get Tae Fast – Naraka Bladepoint
First off, you can obtain Naraka Bladepoint Tae from several sources:
- Completing daily quests
- Completing daily challenges via Journey’s Dawn
- Logging in daily
- Leveling up your battle pass (this includes the free version!)
- Leveling up weapons’ proficiencies
- Completing Cultivation Quests from each character
If you’re wondering how to get Tae fast, I recommend leveling up weapons’ proficiencies as much as possible. Each individual ranged and melee weapon has several proficiency levels. If you look at the Longsword, for example, the first ten levels grant you 2400 Tae, alongside an Immortal Treasure and a rare weapon skin.
Diversifying your weapon selections during matches is key to making the most out of your time. Regardless of how long you manage to survive, focus on at least surviving a couple of encounters. You get experience for weapon proficiency levels purely from using the weapon. Even if you have a favorite in mind whenever you’re in a match, try to use every weapon you come across for a bit.
A good plan is to have a weapon you’re comfortable with in the primary slot and a random one you find as loot in the secondary slot. Depending on the encounter, changing between them will grant you experience towards two proficiencies at the same time. A ranged option works well here since you can land a few shots as the enemy is approaching, then swap to your melee once they’re close enough.
What about the other Naraka Bladepoint Tae sources? Well, they’re all helpful as well, but not all of them grant a substantial amount to justify the effort. Keeping up to date with your daily login, daily quests, and battle pass will grant you Tae almost organically as you play through the game.
What Can I Purchase with Tae in Naraka Bladepoint?
It’s worth noticing that there are no Pay to Win purchases available in using Naraka Bladepoint Tae, so no need to worry about it. That being said, there are three main currencies: Tae, Gold, and Silk. Of the three, Tae is by far the most generous of the bunch.
Once you have a couple thousand Tae under your belt or kimono, you can use them to purchase the following:
- Immortal Treasure (4000 Tae each)
- Rare and Epic cosmetics (prices depend on the item category and rarity, but they range from 2000 to 8000 Tae)
Immortal Treasure troves are basically Naraka Bladepoint‘s lootboxes. These troves can be obtained in several ways aside from using your hard-earned cash, but purchasing them costs 4000 Tae. It’s a steep price, but it’s not too out of reach if you level up weapon proficiencies and complete other challenges.
Albeit a time-consuming task, Immortal Treasure troves guarantee cosmetics of Epic or higher rarity in 10 attempts (which can be triggered “multiple games”), as well as an Extreme cosmetic guaranteed in 100 attempts. I’m not sure how much time you’re willing to spend to open 100 of these troves, but no matter what you do, you’ll always gain at least a couple hundred Tae for your savings jar.

If you’re looking for a specific cosmetic, you can use Tae to purchase Rare and Epic cosmetics. But honestly, there aren’t many of them and they aren’t exactly cheap purchases, either. I’d advise just saving up Tae and getting an Immortal Treasure whenever you have the chance instead. Although if you ask me, I may go against my own advice and purchase the Wrathful head cosmetic before starting to save properly — just look at it.
