When is Tower of Fantasy Releasing on PC and Mobile?
The release date of Tower of Fantasy is August 10 at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET. The launch is happening simultaneously on both PC and Steam across different platforms. For the former, you can access the free-to-play game on either Steam to the Epic Game Store, while mobile users can download it on both Android and iOS.
As such, you won’t really have to wait too long to get your hands on the game. In addition to the available information ahead of release, there are a few more details about what to expect around the release, which we’re detailing below.
Tower of Fantasy Pre-Load Times and Download Size
Yes! Starting on August 9, the day before the release date, you’ll be able to pre-load Tower of Fantasy ahead of time. This is going to allow you to download most of what you’ll need for launch, although due to the nature of these games, there may or may not be additional patches involved. But at the very least, the bulk of it will be ready by then. We still don’t have exact details about the times or whether or not all platforms are eligible (Steam, Epic, Android, and iOS), but we’ve reached out to PR to confirm this and we’ll update accordingly.
As for the download size, taking into consideration the information available on Steam, you can expect between 25 to 30 GB of download for PC. Then, at least on iOS, the size is expected to be around 3.8 GB for mobile. But again, either of these can vary.
