Let’s turn back the clock a bit. While everyone is living in Endwalker, there are still a ton of great quests to complete and items to unlock. The Pixie Tribe is one of the first Tribes that you can offer aid to in Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers. While others dive into the physical realm, the Pixies concern themselves with handling the nightmares of children. If you’re leveling up an alternate job, these quests can be a solid source of XP and Materia.
Like most Tribe Quests, however, their questline requires you to first complete a series of combat missions scattered throughout several locations. At least these ones are on the quick side! Let’s still take a look at all of the quest locations for future reference.
Before you can access these flights of fancy, however, you need to have completed the Level 73 Main Scenario Quest “The Wheel Turns,” which takes place during the Shadowbringers storyline. It’s the final quest of the Il Mheg storyline. With that out of the way, you can now pick up “Manic Pixie Dream Realm,” a Level 70 quest from Pink Pixie in The Crystarium (X: 13.1, Y: 15.3).
The full list of quests is below and each becomes available at different Reputation levels. Unless noted, every quest is offered by Tyr Beq in Il Mheg (X: 12.1, Y: 32.9):
- “Manic Pixie Dream Realm” (Level 70): Starting Quest
- “Sustenance for the Soul” (Level 70): Available at Maximum Friendly Reputation
- “The Heart’s Oasis” (Level 70): Available at Maximum Trusted Reputation
- “A Cry from the Ashes” (Level 70): Available at Maximum Respected Reputation
- “As the Heart Bids” (Level 70): Available at Maximum Honored Reputation
- “Forever and a Dream” (Level 70): Available at Maximum Sworn Reputation
Just like most other Tribe Quests, you will receive three daily quests to complete every 24 hours. All of the quests remain in Il Mheg and most require you to simply go to a place, kill an enemy or collect something. Pick up all three dailies at once and you can knock them out in 10 minutes. You only get 12 to use per day across all the different tribes in FFXIV. Remember you can always check your total remaining number of Tribe Quest allowances from the Timers section on the Duty menu. You’ll find them near the bottom of the screen.
What Are the Best Pixie Tribe Rewards?
As you complete daily quests for the Pixie Tribe, you’ll earn experience, reputation, and a unique currency called Fae Fancies. This currency can be turned into the tribe vendor, Jul Oul in Il Mheg (X: 12.4, Y: 32.9). The vendor will have different offerings depending on your current Reputation with the Tribe. At the lower levels, all that’s available is Materia.
The fun stuff comes later and most of it is of the cosmetic variety. These are the notable rewards, what type of reward they are, and which Reputation level they unlock at.

There’s nothing here that’ll really help you make any noticeable gil, so you’re doing these dailies purely for the cosmetics. Have fun helping the children of Norvrandt!
