Disclaimers About This Tier List
This Tier List ranks Pals off their base type, power, ease of catching, and general abilities. Keep in mind that Pals have different passive and active skills, so a lower-tier Pal with great passive or active skills might outperform a higher-tier Pal without them. This list also only considers Electric Pals to be those with the Electric Element as their primary element - some Pals, such as those with Dragon-Electric typing, will be considered on their own primary element list so as not to overlap.

How We Ranked the Best Electric Pals
When coming up with our rankings for the best Electric Pals, we looked at several different categories: power, Partner Skills, Active Skill pools, how easy it is to obtain them, and general overall usefulness. Here's what our Tiers mean at a glance:
- S-Tier: The best of the best, Pals in this category are the best in almost every situation.
- A-Tier: Great in all situations, these Pals are well-rounded and will be more than adequate for most players.
- B-Tier: Average to Good in a wide variety of situations, these Pals are solidly useful, but may be outpaced by higher tier Pals.
- C-Tier: These Pals are not generally recommended; however they still can find situational usefulness.
- D-Tier: The worst Electric Pals - unless you have no other options, not recommended for long-term use.
S-Tier Electric Pals: The Best Electric Pals
The absolute best of the best - this Electric Pal would make for the perfect addition to any team, and certainly keeps the lights on in any endgame base.
Grizzbolt packs a shockingly powerful punch, with a fully stacked Electric native moveset, including the devastatingly powerful Lightning Bolt. Not only that, with Generating Electricity and Transporting both at a respectable Level 3, Grizzbolt's Suitability is perfectly tailored to an endgame production setup in a base. As if this wasn't enough, the true tipping point that brings Grizzbolt to an S-Tier Pal is its Partner Skill - not only can it be ridden, but it can also fire a minigun as you run across Palworld!
A-Tier Electric Pals
While not quite S-Tier, our A-Tier picks are versatile, powerful Pals that make for a great addition to any team.
Dinossom Lux and Beakon are both solid Electric Pal choices for any team. Dinossom Lux has a powerful Partner Skill as well as a solid native moveset, giving it both Lightning Strike and Lightning Bolt at higher levels. While it may not be the best Pal in terms of being a workhorse, it's obtainable fairly early - and can last you well into the early late game.
Beakon, on the other hand, comes out of the gate strong by being both a Flying Mount as well as a powerful battler. While it can be outstripped by Pals with a more powerful native moveset, you can't underestimate the value of speed - or flight.
B-Tier Electric Pals
B-Tier Pals are solid middle of the pack choices - each with something a little special to make them stand out.
Mossanda Lux is a bit of a jack-of-all-trades Pal. With several mid-tier Work Suitabilities, an okay Partner Skill, and solid offensive capabilities, it won't steer you wrong. Unfortunately, being only a ground mount, there wasn't quite enough to catapult this Pal into A-Tier - but it was close.
Univolt shares most of the same positives and negatives as Mossanda Lux, with slightly worse Work Suitabilities and a mediocre Partner Skill. It's still a solid all-around Pal, but it's firmly middle of the pack.
C-Tier Electric Pals
Our C-Tier Pals suffer from the niche use curse - while in specific situations they're great, those situations just don't happen very often.
Likely the first Electric Pal you'll encounter, Sparkit has definite niche capabilities as a full Electric Team buffer. Its Partner Skill is perfect for that situation - but that's about it. With a weaker native moveset than others, as well as little usefulness from a Suitability standpoint, Sparkit lives in its own comfy niche - it just doesn't come out to play much.
Meanwhile, Rayhound can fill a good role as a mid-game power generator, but that's where most of its usefulness stops. It's simply outclassed in every way by other Electric Pals of higher tiers, and its Partner Skill doesn't make up for it - a double jump while mounted is useless once you begin flying.
Finally, while the most powerful Pal in the C-Tier, Dazzi just doesn't stand out from the crowd. Its Partner Skill is a generous mediocre, and given how late you can acquire one, its Suitabilities are useless for any even remotely progressed base. Its power just can't make up for the lack of anything else it brings to the table.
We wish these Pals had more versatile uses - unfortunately, outside of their specific niches, these aren't the Pals for a hard-hitting team.
D-Tier Electric Pals: The Worst Electric Pals
Unfortunately, there always has to be a Pal that wins the title of Worst Electric Pal - and we particularly hate that it is a cute one.
Jolthog simply can't keep up with the rest of the Electric Pals. With mediocre power, awful Work Suitability, and a Partner Skill that's little more than a joke, this tiny hedgehog lookalike is better off filling out a spot in your Palbox. The good news is, this Pal can be found fairly early in the game, so if you really want an Electric Pal, it's available, but you've got far better options.
