The Destiny 2 Season of the Witch continues to bring in more content, with the Crota’s End raid being one of them. Along with the challenging encounters, you will also be rewarded with reprised weapons. Such is the case of the Legendary pulse rifle, the Oversoul Edict, so let’s check out the god rolls.
How to Get Oversoul Edict in Destiny 2
To get the Oversoul Edict in Destiny 2, you will have to collect it from the Crota’s End raid. This weapon drops from the second and third encounters. Also, this weapon is craftable, which means that there is a chance to get the red-border Deepsight version of the Oversoul Edict. You can even purchase an extra Deepsight version of this weapon from the final boss chest, and get it as an extra drop after completing the Deepsight puzzle. You’ll need to extract five Deepsight weapon patterns to craft the Oversoul Edict at the Enclave.
Oversoul Edict God Rolls
Oversoul Edict PVE God Rolls
- Arrowhead Break
- High-Caliber Rounds
- Demolitionist
- Voltshot
- Masterworks: Reload Speed, Range.
The Oversoul Edict will allow you to deal with crowd control, thanks to its select trait pool. Demolitionist allows kills to generate grenade energy, reloading your weapon from reserves. At the same time, Voltshot rewards your reloads after defeating targets with an overcharge that will Jolt in its next hit. That means that whenever you stop shooting to throw grenades or reload, your weapon will receive bonuses that you can capitalize in PVE.
Oversoul Edict PVP God Rolls
- Arrowhead Break
- Ricochet Rounds
- Keep Away
- Sword Logic / Headseeker
- Masterworks: Reload Speed, Range.
At the same time, Oversoul Edict also has great PVP capabilities with its traits that grant stat bonuses. Keep Away increases your reload, range, and accuracy whenever there are no targets nearby. Sword Logic grants a damage bonus after dealing final blows with this weapon. Alternatively, your precision damage and aim assist can be increased by the Headseeker trait right after landing body shots. So, not only do your stats increase when you are looking for enemies in PVP, but if you win a battle against Guardians, you’ll receive additional damage boosts.
