Time to take a break from the Cabal, baby! In the upcoming Destiny 2 Season of the Splicer we’re teaming up with Mithrax, Kell of the House of Light, as the Guardians attempt to stop an ongoing Vex simulation which has plunged Earth into endless night. This means we’ll need to hack into the Vex Network and step inside to stop what they’re doing. One of these is likely what leads to the rediscovery of the Vault of Glass.
If you’re looking for information on what the next three months have in store, look no further. Here’s the infographic straight from Bungie. Keep in mind this does not include all activities. The developers always have a few surprises up their sleeves.

When does the Destiny 2 Season of the Splicer Start and End?
Season of the Splicer kicks off on May 11. It ends on August 24.
What Comes Next
Things kick off with an introduction to the new Armor Synthesis transmog system and the endless night begins. For those with Beyond Light there’s also new Stasis Aspect quests for each of the classes. For everyone with the season pass, we go to Europa for our first incursions against the Vex Network.
In the rest of May we get both Trials of Osiris and Iron Banner. For new content there’s the addition of the Moon Override incursions, the Vault of Glass raid, and a new weekly pinnacle mission and another Override, this time on the Tangled Shore.
From there on out, the weekly pinnacle mission moves to a new location each week from June 1 to June 29. Along the way there’s the usual Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris plus Vault of Glass raid challenges.
After that, things slow down significantly. Most of July is dedicated to the Solstice of Heroes event though there’s also some new Vault of Glass difficulty options. Everything comes to a close on August 10 with an “Epilogue.” The associated image shows a team of Guardians overlooking the darkened city.
