Palworld may have become one of the most-played games of all time, but the different worlds that players can craft at their convenience are equally impressive. Nearly everything is customizable including the speed of time, how much EXP you earn, and tons of multipliers around Pal rates. All of which allow you to make the perfect experience for yourself. Here is every World Setting in Palworld, explained.
All Palworld World Settings Explained
Even though the game is still at an early access state, Palworld provides a very customizable experience for players thanks to the World Settings options. New Player Palworld World Setting Recommendations
Given the number of settings, crafting a perfect world can feel a bit overwhelming. However, there are some that, in my opinion, stand above the rest due to how important they are to the overall Palworld experience.
Here are some values I recommend using if you are a new Palworld player:
World Setting | Value |
---|---|
EXP Rate | 2-5 |
Pal Capture Rate | 2 |
Pal Appearance Rate | 2 |
Damage from Pals multiplier | 0.5 |
Damage to Player multiplier | 0.5 |
Gatherable Items multiplier | 2-3 |
Gatherable Objects Respawn Interval | 2-3 |
Enable Raid Events | Off |
Death Penalty | No drops |
Max Pals Working at Base | 20 |
Out of all the settings, EXP Rate is the most game-changing, impacting how much XP you get. This means that you and your Pals will level up more frequently, you'll get to unlock Technology faster, and you will have to chance to increase your Stats more often. You can crank it up if you want to experiment with all the late-game content in no time.
Capture Rate, Pal Appearance Rate, and Damage Multipliers are also important if you wish to make your journey a bit less punishing, with resource collecting options and the Max Pal Working at Base setting allowing your base to significantly improve from one day to the other.
